As shown in this movie, the controversial strategy adopted by Peruvian President Fujimori (1990-2000) to divert the attention of the Peruvian people from what truly matters (using sensational tabloids filled with stories of murder, sex, celebrities, corruption, and supernatural activities) is still being fully exploited.
